Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP, is a methodology and modelling system that helps people to achieve excellence in everyday life.
Neuro – this refers to the nervous system. We experience the world through our five senses – Visual (seeing), Auditory (hearing), kinaesthetic (touch), Olfactory (smell) & Gustatory (taste)
Linguistic – this refers to the language that we use, both verbal and non verbal.
Programming – this relates to the way we think and behave. We create our own computer programmes in our brain, these programmes run automatically to produce different results, with NLP you can discover these programmes and change them so that you achieve better outcomes.
NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder when they modelled three successful therapists – Milton Erickson, Virginia Satir & Fitz Perls. They wanted to find out what it was that put these three therapists above the rest, and the birth of NLP was formed from their investigations.
With NLP you can reduce anxiety, instantly change your mood, remove cravings and take control of your mind so that it no longer controls you.
